A Good Lead Offer Gets Maximum Subscribers

This week on my new show 'Jeff Bode's Business Tactics' on the talk marketing now network, I talked about what makes a good offer to build your list.

While many people just go and find PLR or giveaway rights to a product that has a cool ecover, I think you're going to have a much harder time building your list that way because of the fact that you are missing a huge opportunity to stand out and connect with your audience.

Being unique also means you have something that nobody else can give away to build their list... as well as open the doors for new traffic streams that only except original unique products.

Don't be confused product creation is not hard or time consuming and once you get good at it you stand to make a lot of money.

Here's what I mean... 1st you need to find a hot topic this is easy for any niche thanks to the power of online search engines. I usually search forums 1st and then go and look for the top blogs in my niche just by doing that you should be able to find a ton of quality information specifically looking for what is popular and you'll have a guaranteed winner.

Once you've got some ideas all you have to do is organize the information and give a few valuable tips to solve just 1 problem your potential prospect is having. If you can do that and communicate that well on your squeeze page you're likely to get a high conversion rate.
